From April 21-26, 2008, Eugene K. Lawson, President of the U.S.-Russia Business Council (USRBC), and Senator Mikhail Margelov, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of Russia’s Federation Council, embarked on a six-day speaking tour entitled “Take a Closer Look at Russia .”
